The made up adventures of Penelope and Addie, as told by their Kindergarten friend, Kennedy, and her nanny. The two girls live next door to each other. They become instant bestfriends as they grow, learn, and explore the world around them.

Games, toys, and animals are all a part of the fun. And with fun, there is sometimes trouble. The only thing that can make getting into trouble fun, is if you get there with your friends.

And sometimes, those friends might come in the form of a kangaroo, a giraffe, and so many, many puppies. Things are going to get Kooky!
