These are the newest romance titles on Amazon, refreshed through the day and spanning every subgenre and heat level — contemporary, romantasy, historical, dark romance, romantic suspense.

Romance publishes at a volume no other fiction category comes close to. Many authors release on a schedule rather than whenever a book is finished, so this list turns over faster than anyone can read it. Treat it as a way to spot something early, not a list to keep up with.

One caveat worth knowing: “new release” on Amazon means newly listed, not newly written. Re-covered backlist, new editions and boxed sets of older books all appear here carrying fresh publication dates. If a title looks familiar, it may well be.

Release week is also when romance pricing is at its most volatile. A lot of indie titles launch at 99 cents to build early momentum and move to full price once the push is over, so a title you are not in a hurry for can cost less a week later — though it can just as easily cost more.

How to use this list

• Look for the series position. A large share of new romance releases are book four or later. Where we can identify the series, we link through to the reading order so you can start in the right place.
• Do not read review counts as quality. A book published this week with eleven reviews is not worse than one with three thousand — it is newer. Give it a month before you compare the two.
• Preorders show up here too. Some titles appear before their release date, so check the date if you want something to start tonight.
• Follow the author, not the chart. Once you have found someone you like, their author page lists everything of theirs we hold, in order.
